Frances helped our small comms team build out and integrate a full Notion workspace over a focused 3-day VIP engagement from an initial discovery call through independent framework building, front-end design, and a final handoff/training session. What impressed us most was how she handled the messiness of a real team: scope shifted as we clarified our own needs mid-project, and she absorbed those changes without losing momentum or overcomplicating the build. She was consistently responsive to our questions throughout.
The result: we went from scattered documentation spread across multiple disconnected tools to a single, cohesive workflow with Slack integrated in that our lean team now relies on daily. It's genuinely saved us significant time and reduced the mental overhead of "where does this live?"

Notion implementation
We had a DIY Notion implementation which was a mess (which was on me!) and not delivering what I'd hoped for. Finding Frances was a godsend! We've loved working with her - great cultural fit, can-do attitude, HUGE knowledge of the Notion platform - and we now have an implementation which is already delivering for us. Can't recommend Frances highly enough.D

Warm, patient, and hands-on
I came to Frances as a complete novice who needed help getting Notion set up to support a new account management role I found myself in. She took the time during our virtual connection to walk me through setting up every element of what I had asked for and even followed up with me afterwards to ensure I was well-equipped. I would highly recommend anyone new to the app to START HERE. Frances is a great human being and knows this software inside and out.M

Notion project with the Notion Bar
Francis helped us build the skeleton of our new internal Notion Wiki and did a fantastic job.
