It’s really powerful when Notion AI surfaces organisational knowledge that I didn’t know to look for, because I didn’t even know it existed.
Notion verifies organisations in-house using the documents you provide us and public databases. Please submit all of your documentation along with your application to ensure our team can verify your organisation.
Once your organisation is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount and you’ll receive an automatic email from Notion notifying you of this change. If you’re on the Free Plan, once you receive our ‘coupon applied’ email, you’ll be able to upgrade with the new, discount pricing.
Currently, this programme is only eligible for the Business Plan. We’re actively working on expanding the nonprofit discount to our Business Plan.

How do I apply for the Notion for Nonprofits discount?
To apply, please submit your organisation’s information via the Notion form. Once your organisation is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount to your Business Plan. If you’re on a Free Plan, you’ll be able to upgrade to the Business Plan pricing after we’ve verified and accepted your organisation into the programme. We’ll notify you via email once your organisation has been approved.
To submit your application, Notion needs your Workspace ID. You can find this ID under Settings → General, at the very bottom of the tab.

Each organisation can request discounts for up to three workspaces.
