About

Meetings generate action items. Most of them get lost. This agent catches them.

When a meeting page is updated with notes or a transcript, the agent:

1. Renames the meeting with a descriptive title based on what was discussed

2. Pulls out every action item, to-do, and follow-up

3. Suggests owners by matching tasks to people on your Team Roster

4. Posts a formatted summary to Slack (or Notion chat) for review

5. Waits for your approval before creating anything

You control what gets created. Say "add 1, 3, 5" or "add all" or "skip 2" — the agent only creates tasks you approve. If an owner is unclear, it asks before proceeding.

Handles edge cases:

- Meetings with no action items get marked as processed with a note

- Pages without real notes (just a date and attendees) are skipped

- Works with or without Slack connected

Includes:

- Meetings database (Title, Date, Attendees, Processed checkbox)

- Tasks database (Name, Owner, Due Date, Status, Priority, Source Meeting)

- Team Roster page (Name, Role, Focus Areas)
