Offerings
BLUEPRINT DISCOVERY • $400
Find where delivery breaks and leave with a build plan. A 90-minute working session with you and your operations or project lead, followed by short interviews with key team members. We trace how work moves from signed deal to delivered project, find where ownership or information drops, and turn the findings into a prioritised sprintboard with a time estimate on every item. Best for studios and agencies whose projects currently run on Slack threads, spreadsheets and memory. You keep the plan whether we continue or not.
CO-DESIGN LAB • $2,500 for 6 weeks
Build your system with me while learning how it works. We work together inside your own Notion workspace through weekly one-to-one sessions, with recordings, notes and async support between sessions. I bring the architecture, guide the decisions and catch mistakes early. You stay closely involved in the build. Best for founders and operations leads who learn by doing and want to understand and own their system. You finish with a working setup and the confidence to keep developing it yourself.
THE BUILD SPRINT • $3,500 for a 4 week build.
Build the system your team delivers from. Using the agreed Blueprint sprintboard, I build the core workflows inside your Notion workspace. This can include the deal-to-delivery handover, live project status, project and task management, operational documentation, client portals and the CEO dashboard that replaces the status meeting. Best for studios and agencies ready to run delivery from one connected workspace. Scope and price are fixed before we begin, so there are no surprises halfway through. Migration from your current tools can be included in the scope.
CONNECTED STUDIO • From $5,500
Connect Notion to the rest of your stack. I design and build the integrations, automations and Notion AI agents needed to connect your workspace with the tools your team already uses. This can include client portals with granular permissions, CRM and finance syncs, email triage, meeting briefers, reporting systems and agents that turn conversations into actions. Built with Notion, Make, custom code and Notion Workers. Best for studios already using Notion but still copying information between tools by hand.
ADOPTION AND ONGOING SUPPORT • From $1,000 per month
Make sure the system sticks, then keep it running as your team changes. The initial three-month Adoption Window includes two training sessions each month, async support in a shared Slack channel, fast fixes for anything we built, usage reviews and a day-90 handover. We train an internal owner, finish the documentation and agree the next roadmap. After day 90, support can continue as a rolling monthly engagement. I remain available for fixes, adjustments and steady improvements. Larger additions are scoped and quoted separately.Past work
Figures & Figures
Notion audit, strategic roadmap and client portal for an information design studio. I reviewed how the team managed delivery, identified operational weaknesses and designed a safer project architecture. I also built a granular permissions system that lets contractors access their assigned work without exposing the studio’s wider workspace.
