Custom Workspace Implementation
Includes: process discovery, workspace development, documentation and team onboarding. I'll create a Notion workspace that empowers your team to work together efficiently, starting with understanding your processes through user interviews, then desigining and presenting solutions, developing them, onboarding your existing team to the new systems and creating documentation to ensure any future hires can also be onboarded easily. Who is this for? This is for companies of any size that want a better Notion workspace to make their team more productive and happier about their tools. With the Restructure service added on, this can best serve companies with existing, messy workspaces that want to reorganize their knowledge without losing any of it.
Restructure (add-on)
For clients already using Notion that need their content in there restructured once I've built a new, improved workspace for them. This means I'll move data around within Notion to ensure it fits the new system I've built there, ensuring everything that needs to be kept is accessible and easy to use. If needed, this process may also include identifying and archiving outdated content.
1:1 Consulting Calls
For individuals looking for custom Notion consulting and help building their systems. In the call, we'll discuss your needs, then if possible I'll present ideas I can build immediately as I walk you through how I'm building them. Building Blank Street's Workspace
Blank Street came to Optemization with a workspace built on top of our Notion template - it was scaling initially; however, once their hiring scaled, their systems began to break down.
I lead this project, studied their Notion and Asana usage, and asked team members about their productivity issues, as well as their workspace needs and wants.
Then, we designed solutions and developed them, onboarding one team at a time for the best results and making customizations.
