For teams with no workspace yet, or a Notion account that never stuck because the real work still lives in email, spreadsheets and chat. We design and build one connected workspace covering projects, clients, documentation and internal process, then run your team onto it. Included: discovery and process mapping, workspace architecture, database and automation build, permissions and access model, role-based rollout training, written documentation, and 30 days of post-launch support. Every build ends with an internal owner we have trained to maintain it. We do not hand over a workspace and walk away. Typical engagement is 3 to 6 weeks depending on how many teams are onboarded. Sales and Operations System for a Solar Financing Firm
A Singapore rent-to-own solar company ran every project across Airtable, an internal admin app, Google Drive, HelloSign, Trengo, WhatsApp and separate trackers for each financier and installer partner.
