Aspiring to be 🇵🇭's #1 Notion consulting firm.

→ AI-powered Notion workspaces so that knowledge, work, and automations are in one place.
→ Notion templates for freelancers, solopreneurs, and small businesses.

A solopreneur ran operations across multiple disconnected tools like Google Workspace and Asana, leaving knowledge and workflows siloed. We centralized everything into one Notion operating OS, saving 50% of the time previously lost to searching across tools.

Two companies merged into a 50+ member team overnight with no shared way to run client work. We built a full creatives operating system with a main pipeline, plus clients, scrum teams, and personal dashboards filtered to only what each person needs, so client delivery scales with the bigger team.

SPG Workspace Revamp (Part 1)

We previously merged a 50+ member team on Notion workspace, but the rest of the team kept creating their own database views, and have low adoption rate on the bilt systems. We ran a full audit across, built based on their workflows, and educated the team they can focus on execution and delivery.

SPG Workspace Revamp (Part 2)

A founder’s revenue, expenses, and cash flow were not tracked in one place, so monthly numbers were unknown. We built a Notion finance tracker with cash flow and monthly reporting views, so the numbers are ready without rebuilding the report each time.

Notion Business Finance Tracker

A founder’s projects, tasks, and timelines lived apart, so status was never clear. We built a Notion PM system with project hubs, tasks, timelines, resources and reporting views, giving one dashboard that shows status across every project.

Project Management Dashboard

Freelancers and agencies tracked billable time across separate tools: a timer in one app, hours in a spreadsheet, invoices in another. We built one Notion tracker where every entry is organized by client and project, with relation rollups and formulas that compute total hours automatically, then export as a PDF ready to send. One system replaces a seperate time-tracking tool, from total logged hours to client-ready report.

Notion Time Tracker System

A tourism company has their social content requests, approvals, and feedback were scattered across chats and files. We built a Notion content management portal that centralizes all three, giving the team one clear flow from request to approved content.

Notion Social Media Client Portal

For freelancers, most of the time onboarding, files, feedback, and project timelines lived in separate tools and threads. So we built a centralized Notion client portal that holds all four in one place, so clients get one link and projects stay on track from kickoff to delivery.

Freelancer's Client Work Portal

We design and build a custom Notion workspace based on how based on how your team handles day-to-day work. The goal is to have all knowledge, work, and AI/automations in one place.
